Shipping & Returns
We are dispatching orders daily and aim to answer all your queries within 24 hours. If using the additional 24 hr DPD will send tracking updates to your email address and mobile if you have provided these details to us during checkout, once we dispatch goods. One hour time slot allocation for delivery provided by DPD.
UK DELIVERY DISPATCH TIMES
We usually operate a same working day dispatch service on all orders placed before Midday (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) using either Royal Mail 48 Packet (Free shipping for orders over £40) or DPD 24hr (paid shipping upgrade). Same working day dispatch is subject to order volume at the time of ordering.
Goods dispatched via DPD usually arrive within 1 working day after dispatch (98% of the time) to mainland addresses. Deliveries by DPD are usually made Monday to Friday only and a signature will be required on delivery in most cases.
ROYAL MAIL DELIVERIES
Goods dispatched via Royal Mail using the Tracked 24 delivery service (RM24 Tracked)usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
ROYAL MAIL COVID 19 DELAYS
Please allow extra time for Royal Mail to deliver your goods to you as they have been heavily impacted by the decrease in workforce and increase in parcel numbers. Some areas are more impacted than others with delays, but Royal Mail are addressing these problems and are looking to decrease any delays when all staff are back to work . Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original seals intact and original labels attached. If the product has been used or opened we cannot accept a return due to the risk of contamination.
